Trauma Informed Support & Supervision: Introduction to the TISS model  ​           
This 1 day workshop explores the experience of occupational trauma, what it is and what the symptoms might look like in the            workplace. The TISS model is introduced, including the evidence base that informs the framework, as an alternative to            traditional supervision practices in the social, health and community services context.

Trauma Informed Support & Supervision: implementing the TISS model in practice            
This 2-day workshop introduces the TISS model including the evidence base that underpins it. Participants are provided the opportunity to create their own TISS plan for implementation in their own work environment through a series of individual and group activities.

**Trauma Informed Support & Supervision: Introduction to the TISS model can be adapted to be delivered in an online environment

**A 2-3 hour session can also be delivered that solely outlines the TISS model. This can be delivered online or face to face.
