Supervision

Informed by the TISS model, Dr Oates offers supervision services to all professionals working in child & family, housing & homelessness, health, legal and justice service settings. Dr Oates has a special focus on working with those professionals who have their own experience of trauma. Navigating one's own trauma while working in a professional capacity with others who have experienced trauma can be a difficult space to navigate - specialised supervision that focuses on this area of professional identity can be extremely beneficial. 

Dr Oates provides trauma informed support and supervision for individuals, peers and groups face to face in North Queensland or online anywhere else.

Schedule of fees:

• individual session: $195 per hour (90 min sessions recommended)
• peer or team supervision: by negotiation 

Travel to facilitate face to face sessions, including longer half or full day sessions, can be negotiated
