Organisational management of occupational traumatic stress
- Implementation of the TISS model within teams and organisations;
- Tailored training exploring occupational exposure to traumatic stress and strategies to manage symptomology preventatively and post-exposure;
- Coaching and mentoring for managers of practitioners who work in trauma-laden environments inclusive of board members
Research & evidence based projects
- Development of practitioner-led research based projects including how to design, implement and evaluate such projects within the non-government services landscape;
- Data driven, evidence based evaluation of existing organisational practices, policies and procedures;
- Data driven project/program proposals ensuring place-based relevance
Practice & training
- Development and delivery of training packages including the CICSO assessment-based case management framework and the WANDA assessment-based case noting framework (both developed by Dr Oates), working with complex and challenging clients, and managing one's own trauma while working in trauma laden environments
- Complex case reviews
